Business Planning

Future Choices  are working with Aberdeen Council of Voluntary Organisations  on the development of a business plan and have a membership of over 70 disabled people and their carers.

Our organisation has been formed to provide a service for people with disabilities in Aberdeen.  We will need a range of resources and so we need a plan for how to find and manage those resources.  This plan will provide a backbone for Future Choices' activities.  It will be used to inform all our stakeholders including Committee members, volunteers, staff, funders and partners.  The business planning process is to involve all stakeholders in our work.
