The Network exists in order to; Bring together and promote voluntary organisations in the North-East of Scotland who have an interest in development issues in the continent of Africa Promote and advance education in development issues relating to Africa in the North-East of Scotland. The member organisations of the network are; Soul-Partners Aberdeen Malawi Initiative for National Development Kukiele The Masters Fountain Mary Slessor Foundation Aberdeen African-Carribean Christian Fellowship Zoe-Lee Foundation Kids Action Group All these organisations are supporting community development projects in  very different areas of Africa. The new network encourages the sharing of information, knowledge, experience and resources and was originally convened with the assistance of Aberdeen Council of Voluntary Organisations.
