Aberdeen Play Forum is an independent charity registered in Scotland and a voluntary organisation supported by Aberdeen City Council.
The Aberdeen Play Forum is Aberdeen's strategic voice for play.
Its role is to increase play opportunities in Aberdeen - working with organisations in Aberdeen City - public, private, business, charity, volunteer and community, to raise awareness about the importance of play.

The Play Forums main activities are:

Promotion and support of high quality play provision for all children and young people

Provide opportunities to share information and resources

Increase Play resources

Develop training programmes with members and partners

Ensure Play is on all key agendas
Membership is open to all organisations, agencies, groups and individuals with any interest in play and recreational activities for children and their participation in cultural life and the arts.
