| JOINT HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLAN MEETING - 26TH AND 27TH AUGUST 2004 The Community Health Partnership (CHP) are in the process of developing a Joint Health Improvement Plan for Aberdeen. The plan will cover a range of public services, both health and local authority services, plus the full range of services provided locally by the voluntary and private sectors. The basic question is how can we work together to improve our health. The CHP held a workshop looking at 8 health topics and how they relate to services provided for children. The topics are :-
During the workshop a range of issues were developed for each topic. The next step is to develop measurable objectives for each topic. The plan is for 2005/2006. You will see from the Event Feedback that they ran out of time on the day. The CHP are looking for your help to further develop the template. Please look through the topics and issues then try to develop an objective for each topic – or for any you feel are more important.
