ACVO Funding Briefing Days
It is time for this year's round of ACVO Funding Briefing Days—Interactive workshops for third sector organisations in the North East on issues around Funding and Fundraising, delivered by ACVO's Funding and Development Officers, Alison Chandler and Sandy Mathers.
- 18th November 2009 - Introduction to Fundraising and the Good Governance That Makes It Possible, North Anderson Drive Fire Station, 21 North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen AB15 6DW. Cost: £10 per person payable in advance
- 26th November 2009 – Introduction to Fundraising from Charitable Trusts and Foundations North Anderson Drive Fire Station, 21 North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen AB15 6DW. Cost: £10 per person payable in advance
- 30th November 2009 –Working with Corporates and Reaching Business Skilled Volunteers, North Anderson Drive Fire Station, 21 North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen AB15 6DW. Cost: To be advised
Each workshop is planned as a whole day from 10.00am-4.00pm. No more than 2 delegate places are available per organisation. These workshops repeat those provided in 2008/9.
In addition:
- ACVO is co-delivering a Business Gateway workshop: 14th December (evening) "Starting a Social Enterprise"
ACVO is co-ordinating a programme of Business Know How workshops to be delivered by facilitators from the private sector on a range of business skills during the period January – May 2010.
